West Street Beach, Laguna Beach

West Street Beach, located at West Street and Pacific Coast Hwy in Laguna Beach, is one of the stunning beach coves found among the many beautiful Orange County beaches. To reach this sandy paradise, you'll need to descend 200 steps from PCH to the right side of the cove, where you'll also find a rainbow-colored lifeguard stand. This beach is known as one of the clothing optional beaches, making it a popular spot for those seeking a more liberated experience. It's also recognized as one of the LGBTQ friendly beaches in the area. Be sure to pack sunscreen and an umbrella, as there is no shade. You can find free parking on the streets north of Pacific Coast Highway.

San Onofre Nude Beach, San Clemente

The clothing-optional area of San Onofre State Beach (rumors indicate this area may have closed) also known as Gladiator Beach, is situated south of the state park beaches in Orange County. This popular destination is recognized as one of the better-known clothing optional beaches in the area and is also considered a welcoming spot for LGBTQ individuals. To access this nude beach, visitors must hike from the state park boundary. From the linear parking lot on the bluff, six numbered hiking trails (numbered 1 to 6 from north to south) lead down to the beach, with the clothing-optional section located south from the bottom of Trail 6.
